During the holiday season, there are weekly or 2-week stays starting on Saturday or Sunday.
Additionally, a tourist tax of PLN 3.50 per person per day is payable.
Refundable deposit of PLN 200.
Electricity consumption according to the meter readings is additionally paid, 1 KWh - PLN 2.30.

Confirmation of the reservation is a deposit of 40% of the calculated price, the deposit must be paid within 12 hours.

Seasonal facility.

We have 8 semi-detached summer houses, i.e. 16 houses (accommodation for 2 to 5-6 people, including children) and one detached house (accommodation for 6 to 8 people).

Each of the identical houses has an area of 42 m2.
- On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms, one bedroom with a double bed, the other bedroom with 2 single beds.

- On the ground floor, there is a living room with a sofa bed and SAT TV, a kitchenette and a bathroom.
- the kitchenette is equipped with: electric cooker, kettle, fridge, coffee machine, microwave oven, tableware, pots, glasses, cutlery (basic equipment).

- some cottages are equipped with air conditioning in the living room (paid, PLN 20 per day).

- covered veranda/balcony with wooden table and benches.

- we provide bed linen, we do not provide bathroom, kitchen or beach towels.
Smoking and frying fish are prohibited in the cottages.

We offer 11 completely new semi-detached houses, i.e. 22 houses available for rent to guests from July 22, 2023. In each of the equally equipped houses with an area of 42 m2, we can accommodate from 2 to 5 adults or 4 adults and 2 children up to 12 years old and on existing beds. . Within the complex and for our guests, we have a heated swimming pool and a small swimming pool for small children.

Each cottage has one.

- On the first floor, 2 double bedrooms, each with a double bed, a wardrobe in each bedroom.

- On the ground floor, there is a living room with a double sofa bed for an additional person/persons, TV, WiFi. In most houses, there is air conditioning in the living room (additional fee of PLN 20 per day and additional order)

- Basic kitchenette: fridge with a small freezer, induction hob, microwave, dishes, cutlery, pots, glasses, small basic kitchen equipment (basic equipment)

- Bathroom with shower (no barrier/step), washbasin, toilet, electric water heating.

- Covered, individual terrace with balcony furniture, each with a view of the internal tropical garden and the swimming pool.

- We have 1 parking space for each house, free of charge. Additional on-site parking is available at an additional cost and subject to availability.

- We provide bed linen. We do not provide bathroom, kitchen or beach towels.

Smoking and frying fish are prohibited in the cottages.

Apartment consists of: 1-2 bedrooms, living-room, kitchen or kitchenette, bathroom.

There is a parking lot in the fenced complex (1 space for 1 house) and a small bicycle rental.
Guests have at their disposal a large garden, a place for a bonfire and a barbecue.
