Room prices depend on the season and length of stay and the number of people checked in.
For 2-day and one-day stays, the prices are higher than the standard ones by 10% and 20% respectively
Staying with pets is allowed and without additional costs, provided that additional sanitary and safety conditions for other guests are agreed in advance.
The price for the room includes the cost of parking and the tourist tax.
The deposit is 30% of the total cost of the stay, payable within 4 days of notification.
If the stay is canceled less than 30 days before the accommodation, the facility proposes a different date, and in the absence of an agreement, it has the right to keep the deposit paid in full.
Due to the Covid-19 threat, the facility does not cater. Homemade meals can be used in a nearby facility at guaranteed prices:
* breakfast - PLN 20/person,
* lunch/dinner - 30 PLN/person
or use five others located within 500 m.

We offer 15 beds in 5 cozy rooms. Each of them has:
* bathroom with direct access from the room,
* individual kitchenette equipped with a microwave,
* TV,
* wifi access.

In addition, individual rooms have:
- Room No. 1; 3-seater; beds: 2+1, possible 2-person extra bed, south roofed balcony.
- Room No. 2; 2-seater; double bed, possible 1-person extra bed, covered terrace with direct access to the garden.
- Room No. 3; 2-person, double bed 1.60 x 2 m, spacious, south, covered balcony.
- Room No. 4; 4-seater; double bed 1.60m x 2m.
- Room No. 5; 4-seater; 2+1+1 beds, possible 2-person extra bed, covered terrace with direct access to the garden.

In the fenced area, the facility offers: free parking, a grill shed, a place for a bonfire. The facility provides guests with their own bicycles and Nordic Walking poles, and provides safe storage of guest bicycles.
There is free wireless Internet access in the facility. Each room has an individual bathroom with a shower and its own, independent kitchenette. The owner has the powers of a guide, has a large collection of guides and maps and can help with planning your stay. In two rooms it is allowed to stay with some animals, provided that the sanitary conditions are agreed and the sense of security and comfort of other guests is maintained.

For the active, the STOKROTKA facility offers free of charge: bicycles and professional Nordic Walking poles with walking lessons.
We provide bicycle storage, a grill shed, and in autumn electric mushroom dryers.

Free attractions: hiking and cycling trips (8 hiking trails and 7 cycling trails), four nature reserves, a quarry in the forest - 6 km, an observation tower 1.5 km, a water lagoon 8 km, a firefighting museum 5 km.
Paid offer of other tourist organizers within 3 to 9 km: kayaking, sleigh rides, carriage rides, fishing, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, SPA.

Currently, due to the threat of the COVID19 coronavirus, we do not provide nutrition.
Meals can be used in the neighboring facility at guaranteed prices:
* breakfast included until 23/06/2022 -17 PLN / person, from 24/06 - 18 PLN / person
* lunch / dinner until June 23, 2022 - PLN 22 / person, from June 24, 2022 PLN 25 / person

STOKROTKA is located in the central part of Roztocze, on the edge of the Solska Forest, in a holiday and quiet village of Susiec.

from 200 to 600m there are 3 chain grocery stores and 5 catering facilities
200m - outdoor swimming pool, 300m - indoor swimming pool
400m - bank and ATM
600m - bus stop
1km - church
3km - kayaking on the river Tanew
4 km - the well-known Reserve on the Tawia called "Szumy"
8 km - Czartowe Pole reserve
9 km - a water lagoon with a swimming pool

* The facility is located in the forest part of the village, and at the same time close to shops, bars, playground, health center, library, post office, bank, etc.
* The fenced yard has a paved parking lot and natural trees.
* In the backyard there is a flower and vegetable garden
* The owner has a guide and permission to learn Nordic Walking, thanks to which he helps in planning and managing free time.
